General power of attorney for Ms. Ulrike Joos

Since February 4, 2021, Ms. Ulrike Joos has been the authorized signatory at Wilhelm Rosebrock GmbH & Co.KG.

Ms. Joos started her career at Rosebrock in March 2013 as a clerk in the company’s international departments.

Due to her versatile skills and her interest in ever new areas of expertise, she was continuously given new responsibilities, including data protection and security, certification, customs, IT.

In April 2017 she was granted power of attorney.

So it was only a logical consequence that she became vice president on February 4, 2021 as part of her activities. She is mainly responsible for the business areas:

Human resources, IT and telecommunications, depot and building management, certification, data protection, vehicle fleet and insurance.
