Rosebrock at EUROVAN conference in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

How to put the customer at the center of activities of international service providers in the forwarding sector?  This year’s EUROVAN conference, held in Garmisch-Partenkirchen from 5 to 7 February, again confirmed that, when it comes to promising quality, a well-functioning network is of central importance to customer success. And so it was much welcomed that guests from Hong Kong, India, the USA, Brazil and Israel were also represented at the convention and were involved in face-to-face meetings with all participants as part of the conference program. A further highlight, next to the lively exchange, excursions into the region and the culinary qualities of Bavarian cooking, was the workshop of long-time industry expert Frank Lierz, discussing digital developments and the importance of networks today.
Rosebrock was among the first companies to join EUROVAN, which was founded in Zurich, Switzerland in 1969. “Our customers profit daily from this particular network, as we are able to find the fitting solution for every contract, as removals continue to remain a very personal affair”, says Ulrike Winkelmann, Head of Sales and Marketing at Rosebrock.
